The New York Yankees barely got a “W” over the Boston Red Sox yesterday at New Yankee Stadium with the Yankees winning 4 to 2. It was quite a game that followers with Yankees tickets will be talking about for days.

In addition to the 4 runs, the Yankees managed 10 hits and committed one error. It wasn’t a huge day for anyone at the plate for the Yankees, as nobody managed more than 2 hits. The Red Sox didn’t have anyone with a big night with not one batter getting more than 2 hits. J.D. Drew could not get much going at the plate as he left 4 runners on base. The Red Sox managed 2 runs, 8 hits and no errors.
